Our second talk will focus on Modern Art of the 20th century. We will investigate artists' innovative approaches to painting and sculpture as they depart from the traditions of the 19th century. Movements such as Cubism, Dada, Abstract Expressionism and Pop Art will be defined and placed in historical and artistic context. Attendees can again expect to engage in the discussion.
