JCAS and the DMC collaborated to establish a steering committee of artists, elected officials, corporate representatives and residents.
Will anything be going on in the meantime?
Yes. In fact, we have already started. The DMC quarterly magazine now uses original artwork by Cranford artists on the cover; more artists are coming forward to participate; there has already been an increased interest for gallery space. We have been very active promoting the arts and this project to keep the interest strong.
How long will it take?
The complete study and final report with recommendations will take about 8 to 10 months. However, updates will be reported throughout the process.
