What are we trying to do?
We are trying to create in art center in our downtown that will have about 25 working artist’s studios ranging from fine crafts people to painters. They will be open to the public to tour and observe the creative process.
This study will provide a business plan and road map for a potential arts center. Professional urban planners will provide guidance on size, organizational structure and budgetary scope. The study will also serve as a basis for initial business plans and will be vital tool in seeking grants and funding from foundation, corporate underwriting and federal and state sources.
