I studied forging with Ronald Hayes Pearson at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, the kind of place where craftspeople feel they have died and gone to heaven. I have been associated with the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey for the past 10 years, mainly taking classes just to have time and a place in which to work. I have taught there as well, having developed a teen jewelry course for them.
